Seeing the spirit in life, meeting life head-on, with honesty commitment, perseverance -and a smile, is how I try to live my day. My belief is that all things are connected, intertwined as it were in our experience- and that it is only our perception which limits our understanding of this...understanding the connections- i guess that is part of love and my knowledge comes from that.. i try and find balance between my responsibilities in the society and culture(with all its effects) and my understanding and belief in things natural and spiritual. I use natural healing as much as possible and am committed to the sacredness of living beings, including cultural and relationship experiences. PHILOSOPHY Live and let live
