Held my breath for close to 3 minutes, the total duration of my first ever flight with my RC model airplane. Successful landing. Pilot nearly suffocated.

Get moving, body and soul. Hiking, cycling, sailing, airplanes. Stay put, linger, meditate, philosophize,chill out, communicate, have fun, meaning and purpose in life, good relations. Seeing new places, of course, and meeting new friends.
