These days we are reading and watching movies mainly on topics like organic farming, permaculture, Masanobu Fukuoka... Favourit fiction - Milan Kundera, Thoreau. Vladka loves cooking books - Nourishing Traditions (The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats), Wild fermentation by Sandor Elix Katz and many others.
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
It is hard to pick few moments. But recently we enjoyed travelling in New Zealand, camino de Santiago, living on an organic farm and meeting beautiful people everywhere.
Mes centres d'intérêt
We are interested in being self-sufficient. Currently we live as WWOOF volunteers on an organic farm (with bakery and cheesery) in Poland. All those things which going on here on farm are subjects of our interest. But milking and gardening are the top of :)
