= Me = Hey there! I I'm a huge fan of Couchsurfing and been a member since 2009. In recent years I now have a place where I can hosts guests on a spare bed and futon. Not many travelers come through the suburbs of Chicago, but I enjoy hosting when someone does. You can also find me on Warmshowers and AirBnB, but couchsurfing is by far my favorite platform. Across the sites I end up hosting at least one or two people a month. I'm a rather relaxed guy. I'm a traveler, and outdoor enthusiast. When I'm traveling you'll certainly spot me with my camera. I do quite a bit of backcountry backpacking, mostly out west in the Rockies. I enjoy meeting new people and learning what excites and drives them. I enjoy exchanging ideas and knowledge. = My Place = I have a short hair cat, he's very friendly. If you're allergic I can close him off to the other side of the apartment, but he hasn't bothered anyone yet. I have Wifi and Netflix. I have a shower and towels you may use. You're welcome to use my kitchen, I have a stove, fridge, toaster, and toaster oven. I'm pretty flexible with arrival/departure times, 2am is totally fine arrival time. When you arrive, I typically like to meet in person at first. I can work remote or head home early most days it's totally fine. =Contact Info= http://facebook.com/Stassen 815-408-0269 Feel free to call if you're in a pinch and need a place.
