I joined the CS community in 2005, in Trondheim. The city had about ten members. I had heard about the more established Hospitality Club and this sort of thing seemed like an awesome way to meet interesting people from around the world. It is.

Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
Caught by darkness on a mountain in Lofoten and forced to bivouac on a tiny rock shelf using our ropes as blankets in near freezing temperatures. Terrible planning, but very memorable.
