Anything goes really: Simple fun or something deeper that shows a new side of things. However it's a kink of mine to go for emotionally intimate stuff that I have to go over multiple times to get an intellectual understanding of it. I love digging through it endlessly. And sometimes I just don't find anything at all and it makes no sense. I just watched Enter the Void again which I really enjoy. 2001. Strange Days. Eraserhead. Memento. Akira. But also brighter stuff such as Austin Powers, Army of Darkness. Kung Fu Hustle. Dream Theatre, Bright Eyes. Crystal Castles. Austra. The Knife. Florence + The Machine. But also brighter stuff such as La Roux, Santigold, Marina and the Diamonds, Tune-Yards.
