As for me, Couchsurfing is an opportunity to get to know the world through personalities, get acquainted with new interesting people, see another cultures inside. And, of course, it is an opportunity to save a little during travels and help other travelers to do it.

I work as a psychologist and researcher, like solving interesting problems and puzzles, looking for a way of understanding other people and myself.
