CURRENT MISSION Go as far as I can see. when I get there I'll be able to see further. ABOUT ME I really don't like when people ask me 'so why you're here?' or 'why do you do it?', because most of things i do in life i do without any special reason, just for the sake of doing it. PHILOSOPHY

Musique, films et livres
music: yo la tengo, radiohead, the smiths, pixies, animal collective, factory floor, modest mouse, my bloody valentine, purity ring, miles davis, sonic youth, nick cave and the bad seeds, the beatles, james blake, pocahaunted, pavement, pulp, caribou, talking heads, portishead, cat power, stereolab, david bowie, belle and sebastian, the velvet underground. i like music in general. From films I do love Woody Allen a lot. Also David Fincher, Alejando Gonzalez Inarritu, Jean-Luc Godard, David Lynch. Big fan of Quentin Tarantino. I like "Lost in translation" and "The Hours" very very much, but still, my favourite film is "Trainspotting". I read quite a lot, but not as much as I want to. At the moment I'm reading "The Rum Diary" and re-reading one of my favorites "On the road". I like Julio Cortazar and Roland Topor. Also Kafka, Kerouac, Nabokov, Murakami. I like Richard Dawkins, cause he makes me laugh and Naomi Klein, cause she makes me angry.
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
the cheese cake i tried in San Sebastian was pretty amazing. watching the sun slowly rising when i'm going home always feels good too. when i went to Corsica, sea-water there was so clear i could see my feet - i was never so impressed to see my own feet! oh, and i always feel like a super-hero when i jump into the tube train a second before the door shut.
Mes centres d'intérêt
going for a coffee and ending up drunk. pretending to read newspapers in cafes, but actually looking at people and watching what's happening around. horseriding (and complaining about how expensive it is). meowing at cats until they meow back. reading books in different places and disturbing other people that read in those places. watching one movie so many times, that i know every line by heart. speaking in other languages - like, learning spanish in madrid is great, but have you ever tried to speak finnish? nothing compares to finnish! moi!
