Hi, I’m Abira—my name means “passenger,” which feels pretty fitting. I’m a Moroccan Ngab woman with a big love for travel and discovering new places in my own way. More than just exploring, I’m passionate about challenging the stereotypes that surround Ngab women and solo female travelers. One of my proudest moments was hitchhiking all the way from Morocco to Gambia, passing through Mauritania and Senegal—twice. That journey really tested me, but it also opened my heart even more to the beauty of human connection. I genuinely love meeting new people, learning from different cultures, and hearing the stories that make each place special. For me, travel isn’t just about the destination—it’s about growth, courage, and breaking down barriers. I travel solo but not alone. instagram abira_wanderlust
