Music: beats= afrobeats, old skool house, techno, and most music from the 90s books: many many many in my house (mainly good literature and some non fiction) my favourite books are Shantaram and The Goldfinch Movies: by Tarantino, Wim Wenders, The Cohen Brothers, Christopher Nolan, Scorsese.

I ve volunteered with the boat people (refugees) a few winters in a row. I’ve run the Spartan Beast in the Pyrenees and the Alps.

Teach anything to do with fitness & veganism. I love learning about almost anything . Love conversations about life, politics, societies and cultures. I meditate and I am not religious.

I can share my experiences living in many different countries including 8 years in India, I know all about fitness and healthy diet etc I have a lovely cuddly rescue springer spaniel. You are welcome here if you like dogs!! 🐶
