How's it going? My name is Alon, I was born and raised in Kibbutz Gaash, Israel, and have recently started my journey across north, central and south America :) I'm very chill and easy-going, quiet but like to have a great conversation.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
I'm looking to explore and travel in the most authentic way, the way I like best, and I think the best option is by meeting, exploring, talking, and living with locals. I also like meeting new people, hearing stories and adventures, and collecting knowledge along the way.
Musique, films et livres
My favorite band is the Red Hot Chili Peppers 🌶️ My favorite book is The Man Who Mistook His Wife For A Hat 🤠 My favorite movie is Gone Girl 🫥
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
My most surreal experience is traveling to Mongolia by myself in my teens, going on a bus to the middle of nowhere, to a research station with no running water or bathroom, with 2 native Mongolian, to catch and study birds for 2 weeks. The most impressive sight I have seen is the Half dome in Yosemite NP. Just amazing.
Enseigner, apprendre, partager
I am a very open person, I like sharing my experiences and hearing experiences, learning from and giving advice, and in general I like having a good conversation. In my journeys, I have collected a lot of knowledge and life hacks, as well as wildlife and birding knowledge, of which I have been collecting since a young age :)
