I love to travel but I do not just want to be a tourist. Couchsurfing is an awesome way to explore a place while spending time with locals who can show me the surroundings with their personal recommendations and insider tips. At the same time, one can have a place to sleep for less money (which most students are short of, so we are all in the same boat :P). It is always fun to connect with new people from other countries and share experiences, so I am looking forward to start couch surfing my way through the world and host other travellers as well.
