Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
I’m an introvert, but not the shy kind — I just know where I focus best. I thrive in meaningful one-on-one conversations, where people actually connect instead of just making noise. When I travel, I seek out locals and dive into real stories, real culture, and real moments. That’s how I get to know a place — through the people who give it its character. Though I do not have hosting references yet, I’ve hosted people I met along my travels, even if they weren’t using this platform. I often invite travelers to visit my country—especially my town during Christmas, since it’s the biggest holiday in the Philippines. I like bringing them to reunions with my friends and family so they can experience Filipino family culture, which I believe is one of our best traits (along with our tendency to serve way too much food!). Just wanted to share that 😅

Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
In 2023, I somehow found myself doing a four-day trek in Peru with absolutely zero preparation. I wasn’t feeling particularly confident about my health, but a group of French travelers I’d just met insisted I join them — and their enthusiasm was impossible to resist. The best part? I only had my running shoes, which meant I finished the trek with dead toenails, a constellation of blisters, and zero regrets. Honestly, the chaos made it even more unforgettable.

Turns out, the real engine behind my travels is simple: the stories people share with me. That’s what keeps me chasing new horizons.
