I have lived in the Reno Tahoe area most of my life. I have an extensive knowledge of what the area has to offer and love to teach people more about my adopted city.

Just a few years ago, I have found a new love again in fitness. It has grown to include obstacle course racing and have visited a number of new cities this year because of this new passion.
