CURRENT MISSION To visit all of the countries I have wiki'd. ABOUT ME I'm Chris, a 24 year old Tv editor that lives in Sydney (originally from the Gold Coast) in Australia. I try and get out of Australia every year and I have been lucky enough to have done that for the past 4 years. I know that eventually I am going to need to slow down and take fewer holidays so why not get all that I can out of it while I am still young! I am a pretty chilled out guy; my main goal in life is to just laugh as much as I possibly can and I think that's the happiest I could be. PHILOSOPHY It'll be a funny story some day.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING So far I have only ever benefited from couchsurfing without ever giving back but I intend on helping others out as soon as I can. I would also like to start using couchsurfing as a way to socialize with people who share similar interests to me. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I couchsurfed when I was travelling through America. Met some super awesome people that were so warm and accommodating.
Musique, films et livres
Music: Death From Above 1979, DZ Deathrays, Violent Soho, Cerebral Ballzy, Caves, Arcade Fire, Bad Brains, Beach Fossils, Mastodon, Mere Women, Palms, Parquet Courts, Flying Lotus, TV Colours. Books: Sci-fi, ASoIaF. I am a fan of movies but I'd have to say I am more of a TV series guy, like: The Wire, Breaking Bad, Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones, The Sopranos.
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
Maybe it is a little tourist-y but the Salt Flats in Bolivia were pretty incredible. In fact, all of Bolivia was incredible. Watching the New Orlean Saints win a playoff game in a packed bar in New Orleans was a pretty fantastic atmosphere. Driving across Australia from Sydney to the Flinders Ranges and hiking for a week was one of the hardest things I have ever done but the beer at the end made it for me.
Enseigner, apprendre, partager
Teach: I can show you some awesome Australian bands and bands from all over. I could teach you some Australian drinking games! Learn: Well I would love to learn how to cook something new. I enjoy cooking but I am not very good at it so we can cook something you like making. Share: I would happy to share a laugh with anyone willing.
Mes centres d'intérêt
Music: both playing and listening. One of the few things I miss when travelling is my guitar being on hand and that I can't listen to Sydney radio. I like to go see gigs where ever I am; there aren't very many bands I like that I haven't seen live. Food: there is no better way of taking in a country than through eating and trying to find places that aren't, necessarily, crowded with tourists. Coffee: what kind of Australian would I be if I didn't say coffee. Moving to Sydney pretty much guarantees that you will forever be a coffee snob, for better or worse. Beer: Love trying out beer from all over world. I'd have to say that some of the best beer that I have had in my life was the gigantic selection of craft beer available in the US. You could spend months in America and never drink the same beer twice! Soccer: I'm pretty rubbish at playing it but I love watching it. I wish I could watch every Premier League game there is.
