CURRENT MISSION My mission is living a life of vivid experiences. The current experience? Doing comedy in Chicago. ABOUT ME Well, well, well . . . I'm a very driven person. I am very energetic and inclusive of everyone. Gab is one of my gifts as I love talking to new people. I have studied in Seville, Spain and travelled through some of Europe, although I can't wait to make it back someday. From 2010 to 2013 I lived in Japan and travelled a lot of Asia. I was super lucky to do it and I wish I was back Marco Poloin' around. But for now comedy calls and I'm here to make 'em laugh. My faith in Jesus Christ is a huge part of my life! PHILOSOPHY My personal philosophy is to rock. Rock on. Every person I've ever met is someone Jesus was willing to die for so how dare I not treat them with respect and love? Yeah. Yeah, all that and rocking.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I'm a little new to couch surfers, but we've had several stay in our house before and I had a blast entertaining them. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE In the past several months we've had several couch surfers stay at our place in Hollywood. I was able to entertain and connect a bit over our fire pit and dinners we had together. I love meeting new people, especially people new to the U.S. We had lots of fun and I'm facebook friends with several of the people who've passed through. I've stayed with a couch surfer in Flagstaff, Arizona and it was a blast. He taught me how to make Mexican lasagna and I bought some ceramics from him. I have also had German friends stay with me in Chicago.
Musique, films et livres
Guns Germs and Steel, Collapse, King Leopold's Ghost, Ferdinand Magellan's Circumnavigation Around the World, A Tale of Two Cities, Holes, For Whom the Bell Tolls, Reason for God, A Brave New World, Beowulf, Hamlet and Shakespearian sonnets. Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, Red Hot Chili Peppers are my top three bands. Love Outkast and Kanye West. In music I like an ecletic mix. Always wanting to be put on to new stuff.

Skydiving over the Swiss Alps, Snorkling in the Maldives and Indonesia, spelunking in the biggest caves in the world in Vietnam, camel rides in Morocco, watching the sunrise from the peak of Mount. Fuji, carnival at Cadiz, volunteering in the Tohoku disaster zone with my church after the 2011 Tsunami in Japan

I can teach everyone the Five Point Palm Heart Exploding technique from Kill Bill 2. Besides that I can teach people how to pop-n-lock, moonwalk, jerk, melbourne shuffle, salsa and Texas two step dance (I'm serious). I also love to be the concierge! I take great pride in where I'm from, where I am and where I've been and love to inform people about the places they're going. I also know a little bit about photography and basketball as they are two of my most cherished hobbies.

I am interested in . . . basketball, history, philosophy, reading classic works of literature, sports in general, comedy, God, travel, culture, learning new dance moves to impress whoever is around, knitting, eating King Size Hershey's with Almonds bars, moonwalking into the bathroom, acting out full conversations in my head and people thinking I'm crazy.
