Travelling around Canada on a budget, and I think the best way to see a place is to make friends with locals who know all the good spots. And I just really like meeting people from different cultures!

My mother was a wildlife carer when I was growing up, so I've helped raise all kinds of animals, from bottle feeding orphaned baby kangaroos, to digging up worms for curlews.
