Hi! My name is Daniela, I’m 22 years old and currently living in Mexico. I come from a family of five, including my two older brothers, and my two dogs that are a huge part of our lives. I studied Digital Marketing and, although I have lived in Mexico for most of my life, I had the opportunity to spend three amazing years studying abroad in Valencia, Spain. That chapter recently came to an end, and I returned to Mexico with incredible memories, friendships, and a much broader perspective of the world. Over the last two years, sports and wellness have become a very important part of my life and my family’s life as well. About a year ago, we founded a wellness and sports community called Chasing Regrets. What started as a small idea, has grown into a community of more than 800 people across Mexico City and Querétaro. We organize sports and wellness events almost every week and love bringing people together through movement, personal growth, and healthy habits. One of the sports that has become especially important to us is HYROX. We have been participating in competitions all over Mexico, and in the most recent event, my brother qualified for the HYROX World Championship in Stockholm. That is the main reason why we are visiting this beautiful city, and we are excited to make the most of the experience, meet new people, learn about different cultures, and create unforgettable memories along the way. I love traveling, meeting people from different backgrounds, hearing their stories, and sharing experiences. I believe some of the best parts of traveling come from genuine human connections, and that’s exactly what brings me to Couchsurfing. Looking forward to meeting you!
