Dario and Tessa here. I'm Italian and Tessa is German, we have a regenerative vegetable farm in Florence (Italy) and travel on our seasonal break (January). Tessa studied Gastronomic Sciences and I studied Physics, but we are pursuing our dream of making a living by cultivating the land, while regenerating the ecosystems and the community we are part of. We're cheerful, curious, fascinated by regional foods, nature, spirituality, cultures and above all people's stories and passions.
