Hi guys, I'M Dorian (28), loving my city and kind of drugged to discovering the world. I work as a cheesemonger and travel around France and the world to know more about cheese (not sure you could make a job more French). I love eating and discovering new people and new cultures. Actually, if your mother tongue isn’t English and you want to teach me a few words , I'd would love to know the basis. When I'm not traveling (most of the time unfortunately) I'm happy to host solo travelers or couples for a day or two to have a chat and discover Paris (and maybe it’s food) together. Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
Because travelling isn’t only about going somewhere but more about sharing and trying to understand how people live and what makes them and that place so special. We re all different and Couchsurfing is quite of an easy way to bond people who are willing to exchange and open themselves (ourselves) to the world and to the very best experience of a travel : out of the beaten paths and living the place more than watching it.

Trekking in Nepal Paris-Istanbul by train Discovering the Faroe Islands I took a year off to travel around France and work on farms to learn about cheesemaking (woofing style)

I do cook on a weekly basis so if you want to learn about French food, I would love to share some of my small knowledge. Still talking about food, as a cheesemaker I love tasting cheese/wine/spirits so I could also tell you about these subjects, and maybe taste .. who knows 🤔 I love showing our city and talking about it and about people living here, it helps me knowing it a bit better too, so let’s hang out in nice streets. Finally, if to want to learn some French, just ask, I’d be happy to share 😉

Anything really, the teaching section has some examples, but we believe each hosting is different, and every travel will give some new opportunities. Open my eyes, I'll try to make you enjoy your stay as much as possible.
Mes centres d'intérêt
I talk a lot about cheese and food but I also love hiking and discovering hidden spots, even in my own city. I'm pretty introverted but I'm sure we can get along well.
