Living and working in China but visiting the surrounding countries when I can. I have visited many of the places I have wanted to, but there are always some on my list. They include - Ukraine - Chernobyl! Myanmar! Nepal! Egypt! Cuba! Brazil! Germany! Norway! Mexico! Sri Lanka! Australia! Italy! France! Recently I have been traveling for the reason of seeing music festivals. In the past year I have attended ones in Japan, South Korea and the Philippines.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
I joined this site a few years ago. Beforehand, I would stay in hostels with other travelers and found I didn't learn too much about the place I was visiting when doing this. My experiences staying with people so far have been amazing. I want to see the real lives of people, not a hotel room!
Musique, films et livres
I like too many things to name, but I'm a connoisseur of bizarre things, be it food, art, music or film. While in a country, I'll attempt to visit historical places, try the most traditional food I can, see a performance, observe the art, mingle with the people and try the various means of transport, be it a jeepnee, tuk tuk, rickshaw, or camel!

Seeing the sights of this wonderful planet. I am also a cinephile, audiophile, bookworm and strange food lover. I've been to a bunch of Chinese cities now. Here's my list - Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Suzhou, Xi An, Shenyang, Harbin, Sanya, Nanking, Dandong, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Changzhou, Quanzhou, Wuxi, Kunshan, Tangshan and Qinhuangdao.
