My name is Erim, I am from Turkey. I have been living in USA for the last 7 years. I am studying civil engineering and management and will be graduating in May. I am passionate about furniture design and craftsmanship. We will see what the next chapter brings. FYI: After reading many profiles, (understandably) I saw people didn't necessarily feel comfortable leaving a stranger alone in their place. I am perfectly fine with leaving as early as you are and come back later, if you have no time to hangout during the day

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
I went to an international high school in New Mexico called UWC-USA and afterwards I fell in love with travelling and meeting people with different backgrounds. I think it is a lot more fulfilling when one can form relationships with people of that place. To me the way I remember a trip is completely different if I made a friend and I think couchsurfing is a great community for that. (I have been hitting up friends from high school when I am visiting somewhere but it doesn't always work.)
Musique, films et livres
I am a huge Queen fan. I like techno~house music (max cooper, stephen bodzin...) Some of my favorite movies: Shawshank Redemption, Usual Suspects, Trainspotting, Full Metal Jacket, list goes on. Top 4 Books, not in order: The Fountainhead (Ayn Rand) The Stranger (Albert Camus) Blindness (Jose Saramago) Brave New World (Aldous Huxley)
