I LOVE to travel. I've spent time in a significant number of South East Asian countries, and have traveled/lived in Australia and Europe. I am a registered yoga teacher and a nature lover!

I would like to travel to engage with the local cultures and communities. I believe Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to meet people and save money! Enough with the touristy sites, I'm seeking local insight to the best secret spots in the cities around the world. Plus, I am happy to be a host once I establish a home of my own!

Kayaking at midnight in Puerto Rico's bioluminescent bay. Sailing the Whitsunday Islands. SCUBA in the Great Barrier Reef. Sunrise at Angkor Wat. Exploring the blue city, Chefchaouen, Morocco. Summiting numerous 14ers in the Colorado Rockies. Living in a van for a month on a road trip from Perth to Darwin, AUS.

A smile, great conversation, and general help around the house. I'm happy to participate in anything you need me to, but can also maintain my private space if that's preferable. In general, I'm a very easy-going person.

Anything new and exciting! But mostly creative arts: poetry, painting, building things, collaging, etc. Also active things: hiking, yoga, jogging, time on the beach, anything involving nature. Plus eating and/or cooking healthy food and drinking quality wine or beer.
