I'm teaching meditation, yoga, mindfuness I'm learning yoga, meditation, painting, dancing, art, experience designing. I share my knowledge and personal experence in what I'm learning and teaching.

Listening deeply to them. Sharing emotions and life experiences. Practicing yoga and mindfulness meditations together. Cooking, eating, dancing and having fun together.

I love exploring around life and I love this life journey. I like to find myself through nature, art, cultures and also other people's stories and eyes. I think beyond all defferences, we are all one.
