Hi! My name is Iza 😊 I’m a Polish born Canadian who’s currently living in Lagos, Portugal. I moved here from Morocco during the second wave of the pandemic and I’m so glad to call Lagos my home. I love surfing and diving. I teach yoga, meditation and breathwork locally and online. Music is my favourite thing in the world … and tacos.

I’m a music head so it’s diverse! Everything from hip hop to samba to blues and punk rock. I love discovering local music and learning a culture through their sound. Books- mostly non fiction dealing with Vedic philosophy and personal development.
