When I discovered Couchsurfing I was skeptical at first, but I quickly grew to love it. Most of the people who use the app get Cs is not only a cheap way of traveling but also an experience that becomes part of the journey itself. There's something about opening your home to a stranger that immediately creates a mutual trust. It's awesome how generous and thoughtful people are if you let them... By the way, I will only accept last minute requests to crush at my place. I'm normally busy and can't plan a lot of days in advance, so if you ask for a date in particular you'll probably get a polite but negative response. I'm pretty laid back and can adapt but expect you to be clean and flexible so you can fit my schedule.
