I am an awesome listener and like to hear people blab about anything. I'm kind of a motormouth as well. I like adventure and the outdoors. I like to read and learn about stuff. I like to do odd things that are interesting. I love Motorcycle touring. I love aircraft and the technology that keeps them flying. PHILOSOPHY I'm just alive. I try to listen and see as much as possible. I don't always talk much. The Universe is always here, no matter what. It does not need a single person to describe it to make it any more real or any more true.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have been in Alaska for a good little while now. I have not been hosting much in Alaska, not as much as when I lived in Las Vegas, NV. I've been in a homework stupor but now that I have graduated I plan to participate more. In Las Vegas, I hosted people and tried to hang with my local CSers as much as possible. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I don't surf much unless its with my fellow CSers in town. I like to host, tho. I love having people over. Sometimes I host gatherings and help others with theirs.
Musique, films et livres
I like movies but not overly much. I usually only watch movies once. I love reading about many things but it has been mostly about aircraft technology lately. I love David Foster Wallace, Aleister Crowley, Jack Kerouac, Philosophy, Mysticism, books on Arctic/Antarctic exploration. I don't listen to the radio too much. I like to find odd music by other means...I could go on forever about sound.
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
I was in a near death situation on Lake Huron when I was a teenager. I was sailing on my Great Uncle's yacht. A very large storm passed over the lake and we were stuck in it for hours. It was a lot like that crab fishing show on TV but obviously much warmer (and in a much smaller boat). You had to have been there. It was really nuts. I puked all over my Grandma, that day.

I am a trained chef and aircraft mechanic. I brew my own beer and I am also a master, keeper and host of "Finert".
