Lubitsch, Billy Wilder, Antonioni, Murnau, Kubrick, Godard, Kurosawa, Pabst, Clair, Fellini, Fincher, Lanthimos and every good one that comes along my way. Books: too many my last 3 were from, T.S. Boyle, Henry James, Ian McEwan
