Im walking a spiritual path. I guess what I mean is the last 12 years of my life has knowingly been dedicated to growth and self discovery self love and becoming more self aware. Learning what makes me and unlearning things that I might of picked up along the way that aren’t really me. I am pretty into wellness. overall im very aware of what I’m consuming, listening to eating watching all that. It’s just kinda one those things when you know you can’t unknow.
