CURRENT MISSION my heart yearns for profound connections, breath taking adventures and perpetual growth. my mission is to never stop learning and loving and living :) i am currently embarking on a pedal pilgrimage, bicycling throughout Australia and the rest of the world in search of enriching community experiences and to attempt to quench my insatiable thirst for life. ABOUT ME i am a lover of many things. music, food, culture, travel, nature, people, art, philosophy, health and wellbeing, etc.. i am a classic libran forever striving for balance. equally love both deeply sincere philosophical ponderings and rollicking belly laughs about sheer nonsense :D PHILOSOPHY my most admired philosopher is Socrates, as he reminds us that we don't truly know anything at all. simple yet profound. every moment is a completely new and beautiful opportunity to experience ourselves. open hearts and open minds mean nothing great is left behind :)

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING i want to connect with all walks of life and experience the beauty that humankind has to offer. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE i currently have no official couch surfing experience other than existing friends or new friends i met at the pub lol. but i cant wait to kickstart this journey and meet some incredible new people :)
Musique, films et livres
so so many! music: i'll appreciate literally just about anything, but some favourites include smashing pumpkins, enter shikari, the streets, b52s, a tribe called quest, nwa, radiohead, sigur ros, velvet underground, at the drive-in, dance gavin dance, american football, cranberries, r.e.m., etc,etc,etc... movies: american beauty. trainspotting. anything by hayao miyazaki, quentin tarantino, robert rodriguez, kubrick, hitchcock. etc... anything with kevin spacey or robin williams, apocalypto books: mainly fictional novels with a profound practical element, such as richard bach, conversations with god, celestine prophecy, the alchemist, etc
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
i taught english in northeast thailand for 3 months which was extremely challenging but equally rewarding and inspiring. i look forward to doing similar things around the world

i see these as the 3 main ingredients to an enriched and meaningful life. teaching, learning and sharing skills and stories, languages and laughs, is what life is all about :)

i would be honored to be made welcome into anyone's home, and would be more than happy to cook, clean, and provide music lessons. i can teach guitar/bass/drums/singing/songwriting and would love to help unleash some hidden talent ;) i am also very happy to help with english
