I’m from the USA, but I grew up in Indonesia and now live here with my husband who is from here. I love living in Indonesia, but I often visit the US since I’m really close to my parents and my two sisters and brother who live there. I love learning (especially new languages!), good conversations, discussing philosophy and religion, studying about mental health, watching movies, spending time with my husband, and helping others.

I hope to open up our home to some people needing a place to stay.
Musique, films et livres
Lots of worship music and classical. Also whatever is on the top charts since I hear them so much 😆 My husband and I really like to watch movies, especially in the movie theater. Movies I like in no particular order include LOtR, Harry Potter, Inception, Inside Out, Bridge of Spies, Pride and Prejudice (the 6-hour BBC version), The Greatest Showman, Hidden Figures. I enjoy podcasts! I’ve recently been listening to Theology in the Raw and the Duolingo French and Spanish podcasts. I really enjoy reading fiction. I love all the Jane Austen books, The Tenant of Wildfell Hall (which I read and promptly re-read) and anything by Brandon Sanderson. I also enjoy nonfiction but pretty much just consume them in audio form. I’m currently listening to The Anxiety Opportunity.
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
We just barely got a visa for my husband to go to the US two weeks before our scheduled and completely planned wedding in the US!
Ce que je peux offrir à mes hôtes
Good conversation, help with household chores (sorry, we’re neither of us cooks!), and some Indonesian language lessons. 😁
