Before anything, please keep in mind that CS is NOT a dating site so please don't make a pass at me. CS has been a great way for me to build friendship with locals and that's about all I want to experience here. - - - - - - - - - - Hi! I'm Kristin :) I am very specific on what I do with my time, but as long as I enjoy what I'm doing I don't mind wasting time. Reading a book in a cool, quiet place or napping is what I normally do when I'm feeling comfortable. I love trying out new food but I don't eat beef or pork unless they're grounded, and I have a sweet tooth. I love to read novels and manga, I like adventures, sunsets and sunrises, libraries and bars, museums and parks. I drink whiskey, scotch and the like but I don't drink beer. I love volunteering my services to charity works, so I'll be happy to join my host to these events. As I am mostly a solo traveler, my family always know where and with whom I'm staying at.

I think using CS is a good way to travel, this way the people can meet other like-minded people, they also get to see the country they're visiting from the locals' point-of-view. One of the things I look forward to in being in CS is to meet people that I can build a lasting friendship with.
Musique, films et livres
I own tons of books but I don't really take notice of their titles and authors. The few that I remember are JK Rowling, Nicolas Sparks, The Hunger Games, Rick Riordan, The 39 Clues, Stephanie Meyer, Narnia series, LJ Smith, Homer, Greek and Roman mythology, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Agatha Christie, William Shakespeare, Austen sisters, and the like.

I don't mind teaching Tagalog to people who wish to visit the Philippines, I would love to learn languages of other people, and I would be happy to share what little experience I have on traveling.

If the host wants anything from the country I'm currently in, just tell me and I'll try and find it. I can also bring local food to share with them- I don't cook so I'll probably buy them :)
