sometimes I host people visiting Prague sometimes I need couch too when I travel. It's always different but always great. The great plus is you get to know locals :)

I live alone in a cozy flat near center of Prague (Holesovice). There is one bedroom with double-bed and living room with couch for 2 persons. If you want can sleep in basement too :)
