How I do this: cycling, running, triathlons. Favourite weekend activity: enjoy coffee with my wife, read some books, and go for a nice long ride. Went to school for Environmental science. Since graduating from University have worked full time with a youth organization called Young Life, worked in recruitment, and now off to med school.
