I've made very good experiences couch surfing with friends in Morocco for a week (we organised it on my friend's account, so sadly I don't have any references here). I love to not only be an alien tourist in another country or town, but also get in touch with locals and have a good time. In my opinion, you can find out a lot more about a town or a country by talking to people living there than reading travel guides.

I went skydiving last summer - I'll definitely go back to doing a permit that allows me to jump solo.
