I am an author of 2 books about relationships and sexuality, a "conscious entrepreneur", and a spiritual seeker. Good communicator and easy to get along with, always looking for fun and interesting people to connect with. I have a web marketing company that provides services related to online marketing (websites, social media etc.) and I am happy to help any Couchsurfing hosts in that area. I also cook a pretty mean stuffed-pepper dish and other things too.

My other passion is biographies. I have long list, most recently Keith Martin Smith "Heart Blown Open" (about Zen-master and 60's LSD king-pin Dennis Kelly), "Red Notice" by Bill Browder (investment banker who challenged Russian oligarths), many more. Ask me for my top-30 list.

I have just recently returned from a 2-year overseas travel adventure (Thailand, India, Nepal etc), visiting different communities, yoga and tantra schools etc

I love to sing and play the autoharp but I am not so good at either. Doesn't matter.
