i need somewhere quiet to stay during my "stay local- vacation". my landlords have stomping screaming children that live upstairs and i want to be somewhere quiet. (i rent a basement from a home owner)

music: i love all music except country, smooth jazz, r&b, tejano music

i will respect your home with cleanliness, will wash your dishes and my own, i will be considerate of your schedule and keep noise volume to a minimum will never steal,touch or break your personal belongings bc that is really messed up and rude as hell and bc i really seriously believe in karma if you meet me, you're guaranteed to laugh a lot!
