I like meeting and connecting with people when travelling. Few things are more rewarding than making new friends, even acquaintances, and feeling that the world is a bearable, interconnected place and that one is part of this. I used to be a Couchsurfing member and hosted people from all around the world throughout the years. The stories that those people have to share are always fascinating to me.
