I am currently finishing up my final year of undergraduate studies at the technical university of Delft in the Netherlands (where I am currently on exchange from America). Since this is one of the last periods in my life for a while in which I have time to travel, I want to take advantage of it as much of I can and in the course of the year I am traveling much of the world. I have already learned an incredible amount and grown and changed in ways I definitely did not anticipate. I am originally from Austin, Texas and definitely bring some of this culture with me! (But don't worry, my European friends say I'm one of the "good" Americans). I am very friendly and outgoing. I love good food. I tend to be a fairly expressive person. When I return to the US in August I will be living in New Orleans and will be very happy to open up my couch to travelers (since right now I am rarely actually in Delft). :) I would love to meet up and get to know you, share with one another, and learn from one another.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
Like most people on here, I consider myself to be a freethinker and am very passionate about learning about other cultures. So, I'm on here to make genuine connections with others and learn more about the world in the process.
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
I recently completed the Everest Base Camp Trek in Nepal in the middle of the winter. It got down to -30 deg. C at night!
