CURRENT MISSION Learn, experience, create ABOUT ME Hi hi I'm Monica. I love all kinds outdoor sports, but especially backpacking. I have solo traveled through much of Central and South America, and I hope to return before too long. Learning Spanish is a lifelong endeavor for me. :) In addition to going on adventures, I love to create! I dabble in visual art and dance, but my real passion is for writing poetry. I've been writing for many years, and eventually I plan to study poetry writing in grad school and publish my own collection. I'm always down to share my work! In 2019 I'll be headed to South Korea to teach English for a year! PHILOSOPHY I believe that imagination, adventure, and play are just as important in our adult lives as they are in childhood. <3
