I'm passionate about travel and food, and I often do the former as a means to achieve the latter. I'm a lazy cyclist, a full-time movie buff and a part-time writer, who loves to meet new people and learn new languages.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
I use Couchsurfing to get in touch with the local people and culture. I'm always eager to learn from other people's experiences and can offer you some of my own, apart from a good chat, an open mind, my rusty music skills and my cooking ;)
Musique, films et livres
Favorite movies? Hard to tell... I'd say anything from Almodóvar. Favorite book? It changes over time... But I can say that "Into the Thin Air", by Jon Krakauer, is always on my top 5.
Une chose incroyable que j'ai faite
I've seen the Grand Canyon, the Andes, Machu Picchu, the Iguazu Falls, the Coliseum, the Eiffel Tower, the Great Wall of China and the amazing beaches of Brazil and Southeast Asia. I've jumped off a plane (with parachutes, of course) and swam with the plankton. I've eaten the craziest things, and am always eager for more.
Enseigner, apprendre, partager
Teach: piano, latin languages, samba (poorly, though) and card games Learn: I'd love to learn anything about boats, the sea, nature sports, world history, food, drinks, board games and other languages.
Ce que je peux offrir à mes hôtes
What I'd like to share with the hosts is a good cup of coffee, followed by ideas about cinema, food, travel and history. I can cook and would love to prepare some Brazilian dishes, or to offer my AMAZING breakfast pancakes (honestly, I make awesome pancakes; you can be the judge of that). I also love good music from around the world and can play the piano.
