I currently live in Somerset UK with my family - home of Glastonbury, Avalon and cider. I'm really passionate about living an authentic and heartfelt life, where I am being the change I would like to see in the world. I grew up in London before emigrating to Switzerland between the ages of 14 - 21. I currently work as a project manager, relationship builder, online developer and soul/truth seeker.

Meditation, many types of music both listening and making (I play frame drums - see one of my pics). Body energy work including chi gung and other moving meditation forms, 5 Rythms Dancing. I used to play a lot of football (soccer) in my younger years. I like to design and create beautiful and organic living spaces. I love walking, hiking and spending time in nature and exploring the zen of life.
