I live in Copenhagen, which is the capital city of Denmark. In the summer time I live in a small house build out of wood together with two friends. In the winter time i stay in my apartment in the inner part of the city. I have been working as a school teacher for 9 years and have now gotten my self a new job, which I really look forward to. I am to be a traveler's guide for 30 people between the age of18-30. We are going to travel around in The Maldives and Sri-Lanka When I'm not working I go to concerts, cooking food and spend as much time as possible in or on the water. I love to sail, snorkle, row a kayak or kano or just being. outdoor. I also have a little garden, where I grow veggies and plant fruit trees. This is also a place for sangria parties in the summer time, when it's possible to be outside without being too cold.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
I am very curious and I love to meet new people and my experience is, that the best way to learn about new cultures is if you get it introduced by a local. They always know the best places, and if you travel alone, it's really nice to relax in another person's home. I'm about to start a new job being a Travelling guide in Sri-Lanka and The Maldives for a group of Danish people between 18 and 24 years old. I haven't been to either places before so I need to get to know both countries. That is why I have decided to start couch surfing. My thought is, that you guys will be able to introduce me to your country much faster and better than I can do on my own. Couch surfing has always been something I would like to do, but I would like to do it on my own and I haven't traveled alone that much. Now I have the chance, and I really hope it will be great

I can share thoughts about life and all my travel experiences. I want to learn about other peoples culture and their perspective on life. I think it's lack of knowledge about other people's way of life, religion and culture, that you have trouble living side by side.
