Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I wander... A lot. Like, 3-4 times a year. Currently, I'm heading home (to Florida) for the holidays, but I spent the summer in western Pa, the winter in Colorado, holidays in Florida, last summer in NC, and so on and so forth. It is SO frustrating trying to find housing- TEMPORARY housing, at that- from 7 states away! So, maybe this will make my transitions easier :)

Musique, films et livres

I have horrible taste in music, but don't worry, I won't subject you to it. I read A LOT- as in, 2-3 novels a week, anything from seasonal reads to horror and mystery to classical to satirical comedy to historical fiction. Movies? Pretty awful there too...

I love checking out new adventure spots (springs, beaches, trails) and new adventure activities (zip lining, kayaking, rafting, tubing), I also love seeing new places and trying new foods/ hobbies, etc...

Ce que je peux offrir à mes hôtes

I cook (and I mean COOK, no Mac-n-cheese and hot dogs!), I clean (as in deep down, thorough, total clean), I BAKE and if I'm there through the holidays I even decorate to the max! I have two dogs and one is a total attention sponge and she will love on you all day long (the other is a bum and stays in bed all day). I also have stories galore and am always up for adventure! I typically also purchase groceries and pay whatever I can :)

Mes centres d'intérêt

Most anything outdoorsy, including water activities. Reading. Eating. Cooking. Baking. Kiddos (I'm a nanny). I love everything holiday related, visiting small town main streets, wandering off the beaten path, I go to church on Sunday's and I spend A LOT of my free time with my family.
