I will be living in the EU and looking to make/network with new friends. I have just verified my account and I was shocked to find that couch surfing is asking for paypal or credit card details? 9Whats next? deducting money from our credit cards?)From my viewpoint this means that couch surfing has moved away from the original concept which made it so popular and now though it retains much of its original concept it is clear that bankers and corporations are also using couch surfing to gather information on people-a very disappointing outcome. Has a banker financed corporation quietly purchased couch surfing?
