I am from Michigan. I graduated Western Michigan University with a Business Management degree. I work for an electronics recycling company, which is rewarding because we save millions of pounds of ewaste from landfills. I have never hosted anyone through couchsurf but my family hosted an exchange student from Germany. He came my sophomore year(2012) in high school, so it was really cool going to school with him. This is what really got me interested in other cultures. He has basically become a brother of mine and come back to visit almost every year. I visited him in 2019 for the first time. Traveled abroad for the first time in 2019 and loved every second. Made it to six different countries over 18 days! I made more friends then I could have imagined and can’t wait to go back.
