i could teach you the sacred geometry and how to build Mandala in a meditative state of mind, i could teach you the "8 pieces of silk" - a dynamic meditation practice of the Shao Lin monastery, which ensures a balanced energy flow of the Ki, long-life span, good health and strong muscles and joints and great breathing and calmness and concentration for each day you practice (people who practise this one live more than 100 years!) i would like to learn something for your local culture and habits and history i would like to share good times together
