My name is Tom and I am 27 years old. I was born and raised in the Netherlands but have spent the last few years back at my roots in Anglesey, Wales. I am a Marine Biologist and have been working as a research scientist for a couple of years now. I spent six months of last year travelling through South America before starting my PhD in the Falkland Islands where I am currently based.

Basically, I love meeting new people. And when I'm travelling I love getting a local's perspective of the places I visit and I think this is the way to do that.
Musique, films et livres
Music interests are quite diverse, generally happy listening to the radio. I love The Lord of the Rings books/movies and my feel good movies like Mean Girls, White Chicks and the Housebunny.

I'm a really easy-going guy who enjoys helping out around the house. I have been to many places around the world now and so I'm generally never stuck for something to talk about.

I love walking/running/hiking, socialising and of course travelling. I further like wine and learning new skills, from skiing to knitting to languages!
