CURRENT MISSION Travel great places and meet great people, ABOUT ME I am a self-employed professional, who, for may years has put together enough work to live in one of the greatest locations on earth. Whether it's mapping ranches, fighting fire or planning parks and trails, I always stay busy and enjoy doing it. I left the "corporate" world to have this type of life... which includes some fun on the side:-) I have two daughters who are in college and beyond so I am now an empty nester. I am looking forward to traveling more, meeting cool people and taking back some experiences. PHILOSOPHY It's the sides of the mountain which sustain life, not the top.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I am looking to occasionally surf but will likely host surfers in the near future COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE New to this, so no experience thus far.
Musique, films et livres
Bluegrass music, factual books and movies only when it's too crappy out to explore the world myself.
Mes centres d'intérêt
Outdoorsy stuff like kayaking, snowboarding, xc skiing, backpacking. Sports like tennis, basketball and disc golf. Good beer, conversation, roasted pig, corn hole, frisbie. I've never seen a map that I haven't got lost in. I enjoy pets (have a dog and cat of my own) and am trying my hand at gardening this year (Good peppers, not so good radishes).
