HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Hosted, Surfed...been to the get togethers...sweet as! COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I usually surf with people I know or know thru friends. But they're fairly close friends and drunken university parties don't count! First experience was when a snow storm cancelled 1/2 the flights one winter outta atlanta. Lost my bags, and lost my place to stay. On my bus ride in the direction i was going I chatted up the person sitting next to me who was going the same place. He let me krash till i got things sorted a few days later. We both are now promoting the CS concept.
